Rental Policies
All boats launch with full tanks of fuel. Upon return, customers are responsible for filling tank at pump for usage.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for boat rental refund. Weather conditions after that 48 notice are not a refundable exception.
Cost for replacement of damaged items:
- Prop: $400
- Anchor: $50
- Ladder: $650
- Exceptionally dirty boats after rental receive $50 cleaning fee
- Damage Deposit $500 per vessel
RULES & REGULATIONS
- NO SMOKING (OF ANY KIND) ALLOWED ON THE WATERCRAFT/PONTOONS!!!!!
- Dogs are allowed only on non-slide boats. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 per dog. Max 2 dogs; leashes required.
- Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- $500 Damage deposit required.
- WATERSPORTS TOWING IS ALLOWED ON PONTOONS.
- TOWING IS NOT ALLOWED ON JET SKIS (this includes tubes, skis, knee boards, and boats).
- Fishing NOT ALLOWED on SLIDE BOATS.
- TOWING OTHER VESSELS (including personal watercraft) with rental boats IS NOT ALLOWED.
- Fuel is not included in the rental rate. Watercraft are launched with a full tank, and must be full upon return.
- Rental day is from 8am to 5pm Central.
- Holiday rates may apply.
- 6% Booking software fee and 6% KY State Sales tax applies.
- Boat/Vessel weight limits and balance must be adhered to, no exceptions!
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled beyond 48 hours.
- Weather conditions after that 48 notice are not a refundable exception.
